This week, Congress is on the verge of approving a $15 billion Jobs bill that includes a 10-month extension od SAFETEA-LU to Dec. 31, 2010.  The bill, which repeals earlier highway rescissions and transfers $19.5 billion in general funds into the Highway Trust Fund, is expected to pass with bipartisan support.
